삼성전자와 SK하이닉스 단일종목 레버리지 상장지수펀드(ETF) 출시를 전후로 국내 증시의 쏠림 현상이 심화하고 있다. 대형주 비중이 높은 지수 추종 ETF와 보유 종목을 유사한 비중으로 담는 동일가중 ETF 간 수익률 격차가 벌어지면서 일부 초대형주만 오르는 장세가 수치로도 확인됐다.

28일 한국거래소에 따르면 시가총액 상위 종목 비중이 높은 KODEX 200, TIGER 200 ETF는 전날 각각 3.03%, 2.86% 상승했다. 반면 구성 종목을 비슷한 비중으로 담는 TIGER 200동일가중 ETF는 전날 1.87% 내렸고 KODEX 200동일가중 ETF도 1.51% 하락했다.

최근 한 달 수익률 격차는 더욱 컸다. KODEX 200과 TIGER 200 ETF의 최근 한 달 수익률은 각각 29.66%, 29.60%에 달했지만 KODEX 200동일가중과 TIGER 200동일가중 ETF는 각각 -4.07%, -4.97%를 기록했다.

코스피가 하락한 이날도 동일가중 ETF의 낙폭은 더 컸다. 주도주를 제외한 상당수 종목이 더 큰 폭으로 하락했다는 의미다. 실제 이날 KODEX 200과 TIGER 200 ETF는 각각 0.47%, 0.44% 하락했지만 KODEX 200동일가중과 TIGER 200동일가중 ETF는 각각 1.17%, 1.86% 떨어졌다.
